What data we collect and why
Contact form. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, subject and message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in answering you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)/(f)).
Server logs. Our host records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, time of request) for security and reliability. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Analytics (Matomo). We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool, Matomo, to understand how the site is used. It is configured without cookies, with IP anonymisation, and it honours your browser’s Do-Not-Track setting. No personal profiles are created and no data is shared for advertising. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Cookies
This site does not set tracking or marketing cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies (e.g. those required by the contact form’s spam protection) may be used.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site, under data-processing agreements: our hosting provider, our email provider, and Cloudflare. Matomo data is hosted by us on our own server.
How long we keep it
Contact-form messages are kept for 12 months then deleted. Analytics data is retained for 12 months.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in Sweden, IMY (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten), imy.se; in Estonia, AKI (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), aki.ee.
